Short Term Loans / Bridging Finance

At times in business we understand there is a need for "urgent funds". Delays in applications with banks and other large institutional lenders can lead to costly delays.

We are able to offer approved clients Short Term Loans through our direct lending arm. These short term loans are normally for a maximum of 3 to 6 months and are secured against real property. They are a form of bridging finance that is utilised until suitable finance facilities can be arranged.

Short Term Loans can be provided for:

•  Working capital
•  GST, PAYG, superannuation or other statutory payments
•  Refinancing of existing debt or for other business or investment purposes
